Blossom is based in New Zealand and exclusively supplies goods and services within New Zealand, therefore users of this website submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.

Appearance Medicine Consultation
All consultations are non-obligatory and free of charge given by appointment only. Please go to the booking section of this website to secure your free appointment.
Many of the treatments presented on our website require more than one treatment, and each person responds differently to individual treatments. Our staff at Blossom Clinic cannot make any guarantees about the results after only one treatment.
Please ensure that you arrive with plenty of time to spare. Late arrival could compromise your treatment time. Extreme late arrivals may result in rescheduling as a courtesy to later scheduled clients.
Price quotes are only guaranteed for 30 days. Cosmetic Procedures are not Medically Necessary. All cosmetic procedures are not considered medically necessary. Therefore, the charges will not be billed to personal insurance companies and are completely the patient’s responsibility.
Payment for multiple cosmetic treatments or a treatment package is due in full at after each individual scheduled treatment unless otherwise agreed to by a legal representative of Blossom Clinic. For clients convenience, practice accepts credit, debit, cash, bank transfers as form of payments.
Deposits, Cancellations & No Shows
For specific cosmetic procedures, a deposit is required to secure your appointment. The amount varies based on the treatment. Please contact our team on information about treatments that occur a deposit.
We understand that sometimes you are unable to keep your appointment and need to change time/date. Out of consideration for others, we kindly ask that you please give a 24 hours’ notice if you wish to change or cancel your appointment. Deposits are non-refundable if the appointment is not kept, or cancelled within 24 hours of treatment unless otherwise agreed to.
We reserve the right to charge No shows or cancels less than 24 hours prior to treatments a portion of the booked treatment cost.
In insurance cases, a client is responsible for any and all charges for services rendered and not paid by insurance.
Client understands that it is their responsibility to know if their insurance has a Deductible, Co-payment, Co-Insurance, Out of Network, Unusual and Customary Limit or any other type of benefits limitation for the services she/he receives and she/he agrees to make full payment.
Client understands that in the event that their insurance is not valid or coverage has been terminated at the time the services are rendered, they are responsible for the full amount of their visit and or any procedures rendered.
Client understands that should their account become delinquent; they shall pay the reasonable attorney fees or collection expenses, if any.
We will take reasonable steps to ensure the information presented is accurate in relation to our products and services. We cannot and will not be held responsible for errors or misstatements or be liable whether in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise for any loss or damage caused (whether direct, indirect, consequential, special, or loss of profits). If you feel any of the information contained on our website is misleading or inaccurate, please bring it to our attention immediately. By purchasing any of our products or services, a user agrees to and is knowingly assuming any and all risk associated with using these products or services.
If any provision of this Agreement is declared invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions of this Agreement will remain in effect. Blossom Clinic has the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time.
